Blueprinting before the wrench

Every repair starts with disassembly and a written plan. A quarter panel that came in after a family member backed into it looked like straightforward panel work until we removed it and found inner structural damage that no photograph would have shown.

That job needed the heavy-duty frame machine to return the vehicle to factory specification first, so the replacement panel would actually fit, then corrosion protection applied inside the joint before anything was closed up. Skipping that step is invisible on delivery day and shows up in five years.

Why we will not estimate from photographs

We get asked constantly, and the answer is no. Correct parts are identified by VIN, and hidden damage does not photograph. A quote written off a picture is a guess that turns into a difficult conversation later. Bring the vehicle in and the estimate is free.
