Chips before they run

A chip the size of a dime is usually repairable. Left through a South Jersey winter, it runs the first cold morning the defroster comes on hard, and then it is a full windshield instead of a small fill. Getting it looked at in the first week is generally the whole difference.

Windshields and the camera behind them

Most vehicles from the last decade mount a forward-facing camera to the glass, feeding lane departure warning and automatic emergency braking. Move the windshield and that camera's aim changes, which means recalibration afterward.

A camera aimed slightly wrong will not warn you. It simply judges distance incorrectly. We identify whether your vehicle requires calibration rather than handing it back and hoping.

Side and rear glass

Door glass, quarter glass, and rear windows, including the tempered glass that shatters into fragments and works its way into every seam in the door. Getting those fragments out properly is most of the job and the part that gets rushed elsewhere.

Headlight restoration

Clouded lenses cut real light output at night on roads like Jimmie Leeds and the darker stretches around Galloway. We sand and refinish them rather than applying a topical restorer that hazes again within a season. It is inexpensive and the difference driving home in winter is immediate.
